I'm a former Batista and recently visited this bucks. The ladies behind the counter were very rude. I had to wait a long time for the coffee to brew and still had to pay. ALSO the nonfat milk container had whole milk in it. I didn't complain, but just asked if I could have a little nonfat milk. Then when they asked why, I told them. AND one very rude woman said ""That's not true."" and gave me a nasty look. I know the differences in milk, lady. I worked at bucks for years. But I also recognize your nasty, apathetic work attitude. Don't go to this bucks if you want good customer service... There's a better bucks .3 miles down the road. That's where I'm going next time. What a crappy start to a Good Friday... What would Jesus do? Probably wouldn't talk back to nice customers. Pros: Example: best croissants in town Cons: What are the drawbacks?
