Pro Active Berlin is hands down one of the best auto repair shops I've been to. I haven't always had the best experiences at auto repair shops. I must say, these guys were wonderful. The employees were very knowledgeable and made me feel at home. My 2004 Maxima needed a brake job and they gave me a GREAT price. I didn't have to call and harass them and ask them when my car was going to be ready. They quoted me a time frame and called me as soon as it was ready.Really good customer service that is hard to come by these days! Definitely a pleasant experience. I felt very respected and didn't feel as though I was getting scammed. Great shop!! I will definitely take my vehicle there for future repairs!!
