I would give 0 star if I could. Cons: - They open too late (around 11am) and close too early (4:45pm), so if we want to pick up mail before or after work, then, forget about it. You'll have to plan a special date JUST to pick up your mail - Saturday opens from 11am to 12:45pm. You'll have only 1 hour and 45 minutes to pick up your mail. What's the point to even open if they are so lazy? - They close 4 days during Christmas time (Dec. 23, 24, 25, 26) and 4 days during New Year's (Dec, 30, 31, Jan 1, 2). I mean, unless you really DON'T get any mail, it's hard to rely on their schedule if you need to have your mail on a regular basis. So, what's the point to have a mailbox if you cannot have access because the woman is too cheap to hire someone to open the store? - Many times the place is closed without notice during the week, either because the woman has a cold, or a headache, or she is having hot flashes with her menopause, etc, etc. Too many excuses NOT to work - Too pricey: $600,00/year for a small personal mailbox - Don't provide 24 hour access to the customers Pros: - None, because as soon as I was able to, I left them to get a better mailbox service at another location. Advice: Run, before you get ripped off!!!
