I do have to agree with some of the reviews already posted about this practice. Wait times are, in fact, long.
Nurse staff that I have personally seen are not overly personal and do not seem to genuinely enjoy children, in my opinion.
Staff at the front desk, in my experience, are pretty friendly face-to-face, but not so much on the phone.
In fact, I have made it my practice to actually pack up kid(s) and go to the office to make my appointments instead of being put on hold or being hung up on over and over.
It's inconvenient, for sure, but insurance necessitates most of our healthcare choices, unfortunately, and so I feel somewhat stuck.
I have also left messages for the doctor that have not been returned ever. (I am considering no return phone call in two months a non-returned call.)
