I have been married almost 2 years now (September 2008) too....must have really been a common bad time for him as I am reading! I have tried e-mailing him and calling him and he never responds to anything. I entered a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and they said he never responded to their requests either and that they couldn't really do anything. My husband finally got a hold of him the other day and his first excuse was a bad economy but I don't understand that because we paid ""in full"" for our package, it isn't our fault he spent it on other things and now cannot afford to do the albums. My husband explained this to him and then his next excuse is that he has been sick.....yeah sick for two years?? Not buying that one either!! It makes me sick to my stomach that people get away with this kind of business! I wish I would have researched his business more before choosing him for one of the most important parts of my life. Those are memories you can never get back and it would be really nice to have an album to look at once in a while, but that is obviously not going to happen!! I just wish there was a way to save others from the same mistake! Always do your reasearch I guess is the only thing you can say!
