You should know that everyone, EVERYONE, complimented me on the delectable food and gold star service. Even though much of the day passed as a blur, I have distinct images of people lifting up their plates and running their tongues alongside them to capture every last morsel. Logan is a true professional. Someone possessed of that rare combination of business savvy, composure, organization, fantastic culinary skills and creativity. Future clients should know that her expertise and know-how preserved my sanity -- what little there was of it. Most importantly, as proprietor and visionary of Blue Nile Catering, she is a true collaborator. Logan listens to what someone believes (s)he wants, and helps shape that formless image into what can genuinely be achieved with style. During the planning process, she was tireless in following up and ensuring that all issues were handled. In essence, she conceived and execute seamlessly. Logan, was an absolute pleasure to work with.
Pros: The one thing I didn't have to worry about at the wedding was the catering.
