Review content:
Ever tried to find the ""perfect hair salon/hairdresser"" in a new city? The effort could take YEARS! But after only 9 months of asking strangers on the street ""who cuts your hair?"" I was directed to Diana's Salon on Valleydale Road. And what a wonderful experience! Not often have I been made to feel so welcome in a new shop. I was greeted by smiling faces, shown to a comfortable seat, offered coffee. Within minutes I was greeted by Diana and shown to her station. The conversation in the shop was jumping from Christmas decorations to gardening and I was included and made to feel at home. Diana listened and also made suggestions as we discussed my upcoming haircut. During the process she checked with me several times to see if the cut was going as I wished. I was ecstatic! Her technique was flawless and the outcome was one of the best haircuts I have ever received!
Pros: great price, easy front door parking; very willing to work with client's wishes
