Review content:
The apartment floorplans are very nice and the apartment colmplex as a whole is okay BUT management and maintenance are ridiculous. They constantly turn the building water off without ANY notice whatsoever. The water was off for 3 consecutive days and after complaining to the office on the second day about notices and the procedures of turning the water off in one building, on the 3rd day they still DID NOT give out notices. Wednesday, December 5, 2007 the water was off. They turned it back on that day. Thursday, Dec. 6, 2007 the water was turned back off b/t 10:45 and 11:00 a.m. and was not turned back on until approximately 8:30 a.m. on Friday, December 7, 2007. They should be happy rent was already paid. Then when I called and asked for the corporate office number they informed me they are not able to give that number out. You can bet there will be no renewing of the lease from me. F.Y.I. Friday, Dec. 7, 2007 made the 6th or 7th time the water had been turned off for the 1 1/2 I've lived here.
