Businiess name:  Shorty's

Review content:
I grew up in center city Philadelphia. I even had a summer job at Pat's King of Steaks when I was in high school. Shorty's is by far and away the closest thing to a real deal cheese steak that NYC has to offer. The ONLY ingredient that makes a cheese steak sandwich authentic is the bread, which Shorty's imports from a bakery in Philly and bakes in their own bread oven. Case closed. I am also a huge fan of their roast pork sandwich, which is also a South Philly staple. That said, I would find it amazing for someone to sink their teeth into a Shorty's cheese steak with wiz (my favorite) , american, or provolone cheese and not freak out over how good it is. I know cheese steaks and these guys do it all right...and the beer selection rocks.
