i buy an amp from them and to start they over.charge me 20 bucks but i let it go because i want to support my local businesses. I Take the amp home and my dad (a certified electrician) helps me hook it up to the old wires that worked for several months on my last amp. The amp powers up but the speaker terminals are broken and will not recieve power.Makes you wonder if the product was really new eh? I took it to a professional sound shop which checked everything and determined the amp is broken he even popped the speakers with the subwoofer wires to confirm it was the amp. So i took it back to them and ONCE AGAIN they ripped me off. He claims theres a 20% restocking fee which i was never informed during the purchase BTW IF YOU READ THE RECEIPTS IT SAYS NO REFUNDS???? I WONDER WHY? so he refunded me 159/220 which btw is taking alot more than 20%. All in all this man is a dishonest liar who does not deserve to be in business.
Pros: large inventory
Cons: poor customer service,dishonest owner
