Review content:
I had a knee injury that I feared was a permanent situation that would prevent me from stepping up my physical activity. It was depressing and frustrating. After spending less than three months going three times a week to the Sports Center, the pain in my knee has completely gone away. I felt like with the encouragement and expertise of my physical therapist (Debbie), I was able to get back on the track of a more active lifestyle. I can't say enough good things about this place. Initially, I thought 3x per week would be too much; but now, I find myself missing it. Being there also taught me a lot about slow and steady progress and commitment - those are the keys. This is the place to go to restore your fitness level after an injury or to address a chronic issue. Pros: Expertise, Caring, Professional Cons: scheduling can be tricky - because they're so popular!
