Review content:
I had my car in for a small front end collision that wasn't my fault. I was told it wouldn't take long to fix. Week after week they claimed to be waiting on parts. I was in high school back then, and that was my only form of transportation because rental places don't rent to ppl under the age of 25. They kept my car for over 2 months!!! That was the whole summer. When I got it back I was soo thrilled I hadn't noticed they didn't replace the inner wheel well covers or the splash guard under the front bumper. When I told them it should have been covered in my repair. They made me pay out of pocket for it when it should have been on the original claim to the insurance.
