I purchased two 18000 BTU Frigidaire Ductless Mini Split AC/Heat Pump systems (FRS18PYS2) in August, 2011, from Marlin Appliance in Seaford, NY. They cost me less then half the suggested retail price. See Frigidaire_com, Commercial AC. I purchased these over the phone and had them shipped to me in Texas. I was called personally a number of times and given up dates, including emails with tracking numbers from Doug. The Frigidaire Ductless Mini Split systems arrived in good condition from UPS. They are now installed and working beyond my expectations saving me about 60% on my AC electric bill, according to my in home watt meter monitor. My old units were Friedrich PTAC heat pumps and were about 28 years old. Marlin Appliance went the extra mile for me. I plan on upgrading my kitchen appliances soon and will be giving them the first call. Before I bought I checked the Better Business Bureau and they have a perfect record and have been in businesses since 1949.
