about gardenview lets start with the managaement . RUDE RUDE RUDE and uneducated. they do not care about the residents at all they do not care for your safety i have been here almost 8mos and it is truley the worst you would do better living in a barn and the pictures on the web site are truley fake lets talk about the amenities, fitness center 3 pieces of equipment that you can only use when the rental office is open, the pool that was only open for less than a month, and not even during the hottest time of the summer and when it was open only 4 days a wk and limited hours. And of course safety no lighting in most of the courts well at least not on glen michael, the wonderful grafitti throughout the development such nice lanquage, trash cans always over flowing and they try to enter your apartment unannounced at will. People being robbed in the parking lots and cars broken into. You really want to know pull up the history of balt.co.police and you can see how many calls are to this development daily or just go to woodlawn precent and ask... You really want to know the truth take random drive thrus before you sign..... The cleaning crews are the worst every building has trash and oders and cob webs from the lighting fixtures so when do they really clean, the laundry facilities horrible, and if they break the office tells you its the tenants responsibility to report and get them fixed. The maint, dept slow and do half ass jobs, these should be shut down or blown up...... and the only reason they got the 1 star it would not let me go forward with out a rating
