Review content:
I lived in N.O. for 6 years, went back this Christmas with my fiance and 16-month-old son. When I booked the reservation I mentioned that I would be traveling with a toddler, and lo and behold there was a crib in the room when we walked in. I brought Baby Einstein videos with me, as Expedia said every room had a VCR. When mine had a DVD player instead, they happily had an engineer switch it out. Service: impeccable. Every request was satisfied, and a phone call followed to make sure of it. Only suggestion: a little more lighting in the rooms, please! (The rooms are definitely designed for more baby-making.) Let's find some dimmers, guys. Pros: Service, BEDS, Design
