Businiess name:  Gene Juarez Salon & Spa

Review content:
I went to this spa today for a facial, with two girlfriends for a fun spa day. My two friends were promptly picked up on time for their facial/massage and I was left sitting in the waiting area for 30 minutes until I finally flagged down a someone to find a manager. The manager was non-apologetic, RUDE and arrogant. Apparently there was a customer that required extra treatment during her facial and so unfortunately, I had to wait. And, at Gene Juarez it shouldn't be a big deal to wait a half hour with your feet in cold water as you see people getting the same $100 service as you happily going away to their treatment. I recommend Gene Juarez actually hire someone over 20 to manage their salon and perhaps teach them a thing or two about customer service.
