When I decided to write this review I feared perhaps it was just me, but when I saw their general and disastrously low rating, I had more confidence that my experienced matched others. I went to buy my wife a bike and the salesperson was really helpful, insisting that the smaller bike would suit my wife best, and I tended to agree. My wife went there to get it and the salesperson was not there. Instead another tried to sell her a 19"" bike that was simply beyond her abilities. They wouldn't even let her try the smaller. She went back the next morning and they wouldn't even sell her the smaller version. We got our money back but a day and half wasted with sheer idiocy can never be replaced.
Pros: There is nothing to recommend this place
Cons: They are disastrous and unsafe
