Review content:
I actually signed up for this service just to write this negative review on Cameo Coins & Collectibles. This is not something I am inclined to do very often. My girlfriend, who could not be a sweeter or kinder person, went into the shop to sell two $20 gold pieces. I was on the phone with her as she talked to the manager, an older gentleman named Frank. She asked several non-confrontational questions about the valuation of the coins; and from the very beginning, he was short and rude with her. He told her that she had an ""attitude"" and that she could take her business elsewhere. I heard the whole thing over the phone and was shocked. She left in tears. I called the store moments later and was greeted with the same rude and abusive attitude. He said, ""I don't need to explain myself to you - if feelings are hurt then that's just too damn bad."" I'm a combat disabled veteran, and I have never had someone speak to me with such disrespect. This gentleman is a mean, crotchety old man who has no business being in customer service. He did not even offer the scrap value of the coins. Regardless, I'm considering selling the coins and buying advertisement space just to tell the world what a jerk he is. Cameo Coins, you've lost a customer.
