Review content:
I was expecting to receive tons of advice/guidance when selecting my invitations. However, I was directed to a confusng mound of books. The prices for printing were also very confusing - tons of subcharges for each piece of paper (envelope, response, invitation). What I could gather was that my intimate wedding (10 invitations) would cost $200 to print + the cost of the invitations. In addition, I never received my proof. I am going to try an old fashioned print shop to salvage this situation.
Pros: poor customer service, confusing pricing, outrageous charges
Cons: beautiful selection of invitations
