I'm sorry that there was not an option for a negative star...WORST place EVER! Horrible experience!!!! Had an appt. with Michelle Q. for my first time there. I was there for color and a cut and I asked her not to cover my highlights. She chose the color (not even close to my current color) without consulting me and proceeding to cover the entire hair including my highlights. She used a bottle for the color that had holes in it and she spilled dye on my shorts, arms and legs. The color was completely wrong; dark almost black and I'm a medium brown.
The cut was a disaster. She didn't seem to know when to stop cutting. She used a blunt razor that tore my hair instead of a sharp one. The whole experience was a nightmare.
I requested my money back but the owner, Casey, wanted me to come back in so that they could ""fix"" it. Thanks, but I went to my regular girl, Sarah, at the Spa at Cinco Ranch and spent the money to get the mess fixed. Stay away from this nightmare shop!
