I am a CURRENT patient at this medical group and had to reply to the old reviews. I don't know what happened with the previous MA's. I say previous because the Assistants they have now are quite professional. The front desk is courteous and attentive every time i go there. My illness has brought me to my knees and they have been very good to me.
They do not prescribe potentially addictive pain medication to anyone and will refer to someone else if that's what you need. I have seen some people become very upset at this and i wonder if that accounts for some of the negativity in these reviews. Yes the wait time can be tiresome, but that is very typical in offices or clinics that take medi-cal because there are so few of them. This is one of the best.
