Review content:
Since Saturn went out of business, Mac Heik sent me emails and flyers to let me know they will be able to service my car. They sent me a card that was good for 4 free maintence services. I thought ""cool"". I was wrong. The first time I went, they claimed that ""someone else"" must have stripped one back tire's lug nuts cause "" there's no way they'd have to the ability to do that"". B/S. It was totally their fault and just didn't want to own up to it. After tracking down the part, I went back there for them to fix it free of charge. Since they handled everything that day without any grief, I decided to overlook their mistake. So I go back for another free oil change. I find out a day later that all 4 of my tires were extremely low. They never bothered to check which was supposed to be part of the service. I know I'm good for another 2 free services, but it's not even worth it. Seems like everytime, we go there, they screw something else up.
