This outfit is interested in one thing and one thing only; digging into your pocket. I recently asked for a cleaning and dental exam and when the benefits statement from my insurance company arrived I noticed that they submitted for a periodontal treatment instead of a cleaning. This was the second time they had done this. The first time I had several procedures done at once and failed to notice it., but when I went in to ask them to explain their reason for having done a periodontal maintenance instead of a cleaning they said it was because that is what the doctor had recommended. They also told me that I had said that my previous doctor had done it in the past which is an outright lie.
