I'm not sure what the negative reviews are about but I've had Jim do several jobs at my place and he is one of the best contractors/handymen out there. I've had bad contractors before, trust me, but JIm is not one of them. Jim is an honest guy, does quality work, and is very reasonable and honest with his prices. I never get the feeling that Jim is trying to price gouge me which is why I use him time and time again. I highly recommend Jim for any construction job--from a small plumbing or electrical repair to a major kitchen/bathroom remodel. I will keep using Jim for all my remodeling needs because of his honest work ethic, quality performance, and fair prices.
