I had a really terrible experience here about a year ago and decided to give it another shot. Bad idea. The pizza isn't thin and crispy like the critics rave about, its just so-so. Pasta was watery and when I asked about it I was told that ""that's how people like it in Italy"". Great way to treat a customer. And to top it off, I left a 15% tip anyhow (I usually leave around 20%), and the waiter confronted me on the sidewalk to complain about ""the lousy tip""
Pros: nice atmosphere, good bread
Cons: cheap pizza cheese, over priced, terrible service
