Have been there a couple of times - overall wouldn't recommend it.
As a new customer I got treated awesome (got a head massage, something to drink ...). Afterwards it depends all on the daily situation.
Paying $40 for a standard 20 min men's haircut is way too expensive - but at least it looks great if Terry cuts your hair.
the downside you might have to wait an hour even with an appointment!
A different stylist cut almost everything with the machine (even my skin) and shortened some parts with a knife style tool: I was not sure if she cut the hair or was ripping it out - the knife tool pulled on the hair all the time !
It took 1 hour to get the haircut done, I had to tell her everything where it was uneven - I should have stopped her right at the beginning - which stylist starts with the fine-tuning at the beginning anyway?
One hour and $30 later I was happy to leave and my wife was laughing about my haircut...waiting for my hair to grow again and I will try a different place !
