Ironically about 6 months ago I went to Julia's and came away from the experience thinking - ""I won't come back here"", but low and behold I forgot and found myself there for breakfast the other day. Unfortunatly nothing has changed. The quality of food continues to be mediocre, the service slow, the prices for what you are receiving are high (especially the coffee), and to really chap my hide they told me they don't accept the Microsoft Passport card for breakfast so I ended up paying full price for my poor and slow meal. They don't even have decent toothpicks! I should have gone to IHOP down the street. It would have been superior on all parameters.
