Review content:
I was told that I would have washer/dryer connections in my apt. Then I was told I was no one special to have washer/dryer connections. Everyone is having problems with their electric bill coming out VERY expensive. I have kids and they consider them as adults to over charge us. I pay more than I did in a house! They pay for landscapers every week and there's no grass . If they have money to throw away, I don't see why they can't use it to give the residents a break on the electric. The ""Management Team"" is NOT professional and helpful. When you try to make arrangements, they refuse and give you # to places that Won't help you. Then turn around and say too bad & send you notices to vacate immediately. DON'T MOVE HERE! The apts. are not worth the trouble and brokelessness you'll leave in.

Cons: Rude management, Poor maintance, Poor Budgeting of man
