Money over customers is the philosophy here. I took my staff of 11 to this location to treat them to one of their extremely large pizzas as a surprise. I've been to the Russo's on Gray St before and thought it would be a great treat for my team. I show up at this Russo's with embarrassment to find out that unlike the Gray location, this one only offers their huge pizza for delivery only not dine in. I told who appeared to be the manager and the owner if they could make a one time exception and they said NO. The owner the says the price difference isn't much to serve 12 people with smaller pizzas and replied well if it isn't much why are y'all making such a big deal about it. Here I am with 11 people and mind you there where only like 3 other customers in the lobby and they turned us down. Could I afford to pay more to treat my team? Sure, but this was now about principle. I took my team and my business across town to Gray St where it was a better atmosphere, better service, and the HUGE pizza for dine in customers. I wasted extra time and gas, but refuse to give any business to someone with poor business etiquette. I believe word of mouth goes a long way and they will soon find out how long 12 unsatisfied customers can spread the word. My company has over 300 employees in Houston and i will make sure they are all aware of this location.
