WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!
VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!! 2 WEEKS AFTER OUR GROOMSMEN GOT FITTED FOR TUXES AND PAID A DEPOSIT WE HAD TO CANCEL OUR WEDDING DUE TO ILLNESS. THEY REFUSED TO GIVE OUR GUYS BACK THEIR DEPOSITS AND CALLED IT POLICY! THEY HAD NO OBLIGATION, THEY HAVEN'T EVEN PLACED THE ORDER BECAUSE NOT ALL OUR GUYS HAD BEEN FITTED YET, IT WAS JUST OLD FASHION GREED. THE PEOPLE WORKING THERE ARE NO HELP AND RUDE. I ASKED TO SPEAK TO THE OWNER FOR A MONTH AND A HALF AND THE ENTIRE TIME I WAS GIVEN EXCUSES AS TO WHY SHE COULDN'T OR WOULDN'T SPEAK TO ME. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE, NOT EVEN MY WORST ENEMY. ABSOLUTELY NO ETHICAL MORALS!!!
