I'm a frecuent ""Grande"" user, and although I really liked their manicures, I had a bad experience on the pedicures. The water was cold, and the way I had it done was not very comfortable. They need to get some of those big pedicure chairs so that we stop sliding our feet under the manicurist table.
The manicurists spoke way too much to her neighborgh and I was afraid to get cut!! Girls, stop the yap yap!!! other than that, got a grrreat hair cut and very nice blow dry (hair iron and everything)
I think prices are waaay to high (about $190 for highlights on medium lenght hair), so Im yet to try their colorist...Waiting for tax return to pay for my hair there!
You should try it, might have more luck than me.
Pros: FAST, CONVENIENT
Cons: EXPENSIVE FOR HAIR, NEEDS PEDICURE CHAIRS
