I have visited Marbott's several times and always found them to be helpful, knowledgeable and the plants to be very healthy. As another reviewer noted there can occasionally be a plant or two without a label but this is not Home Depot, it happens. I have never felt a high pressure sales pitch and have used my debit card without a extra charge (although I have not yet visited this season, maybe there was a policy change). On most occasions I purchase 1-3 plants and have never felt pushed to buy more. To me this business represents is a throw-back to an earlier time, it is a small locally owned nursery that has a good selection of plants and great customer service. I highly recommend them and hope that you have the same wonderful experiences that I have had.
