Review content:
I have visited this establishment several times and have found the pastries to be quite good but over priced. On my last visit when I entered the shop the owner was seated at a window table reading the paper. There were 3 teenage girls waiting customers. I was the third customer. One customer was finishing. The second customer wasn?t sure what she wanted and had many questions. My wife and I decided on the Fraser Cake and the young girl boxed it up. She then told me I would need to go to the register to be checked out. It appears that the only girl to work the register was the one caring for the customer who couldn?t make up her mind. We stood waiting while two of the three girls stood talking and the owner read her paper. After a few minutes of this my wife and I decided we weren?t going to pay $22.00 for a cake and bad service. As we were getting in our car the owner had followed us to our car telling us ?What is the problem you were next? When I told her we had been waiting and no longer wanted to do business with her she said ?Your Irrational?. For me the rational thing to do was find another bakery? Pros: Good Pastries Cons: Really Bad Service
