Kenneths promotes itself as the premier spa; this has not been my experience. My first was for an eyebrow waxing, by a young lady just out of school who wielded the wax with a heavy hand. I barely made it out with eyebrows at all. What little I did have was uneven. After I complained there was no apology by her or management. Just the excuses that she was newer and misunderstood my request. When I received a gift certificate for Christmas I went in for a trim. How bad could it be? I now know. Between working on two other ladies I received a half haircut and the Styles Director didnt bother to dry and style my hair before proclaiming the job done. I would rate Kenneths an overpriced Saturdays with none of the pampering you expect in a Spa Salon.
