I rented a property from this company because I was in a rush to move. The property I rented was had ben semi- updated as far as appliances and counter tops but the tile floors were extremely cheap and always dirty no matter how many times a week I moped it. I knew I would only be at that property temporarily so I did not bother hanging anything on the walls at all. I have to admit that when something went wrong they quickly sent people to fix things, BUT when I moved out (which was actually a month before my lease was up) I paid that last month even though I wasnt there, I painted 2 walls that my dog had damaged and it looked like nothing happenned at all after I painted, I cleaned up that cheap floor about 4 times, the bathrooms were left spotless and I mean there was no reason for them to have anything to say about the conditions of the house. They told me that the owner of the property was very upset because the house was dirty, they ""spent"" $450 doing interior cleaning, When moved in the yard was not done, and so I spent $60 fixing the yard but they ""spent"" $140 after I left. I mean this people are the WORST! It makes me sick! It was the first time I rented a property and I had a horrible experience for those of you out there make sure that when you rent from any property take pictures of any little thing there is and call them for any little thing so that they dont take your money, I WILL NEVER USE WATSON EVER AGAIN!!
