This is absolutely the best experience with a break down I have ever had! Professional is exactly who they are. My insurance company contracts with them and referred their number to me. When I called, the tow owner explained exactly how long it would take to get to me, identified the area I was in by detailing the buildings and parks surrounding me. I was very impressed with how familiar he was with the area and felt assured that he would be with me exactly when he said he would. But what gives this company the 5star is the extra mile he went to and the human kindness he freely expressed! Over the phone he asked me how my car broke down and suggested he bring some tools to see if he could readily fix the problem on the spot instead of towing. He also recommended auto repair companies that he personally uses and advised several options that he knows to be reputable. Upon arriving, prompt as he stated, and seeing the car could not be repaired on the spot, he suggested a tow to a better place and even was not concerned with extra milage, but about finding a professional repair shop! The kicker came after we had dropped off the car. I had gifted a tip, because I really appreciated the genuine help he offered and recognized he went far beyond what any other business would do for me; I then headed back to my car. His response: not to pocket the money and run; he asked me if I was sure I did not want to apply that money to my repair bill! Most businesses would consider the job responsibility over and taken off. As evidence of his humanity and testimony to his professionalism, he then came back to my car, and asked me if I knew how to get back to the interstate or needed directions because he knew from our phone conversation that I was not familiar with the area and was from out of town! WOW! This man and company really put a positive experience on breaking down!
