Where to start. Horrible design making it difficult to get to your room as well as poor lighting outside making it difficult to see steps. Queen bed felt like the sheets had sand inside of them and the mattress was in desperate need of replacement. Pull out bed was even worse in comfort in regards to mattress. My 10 yr old son weighing 60 lbs complained of back pains the next day. Blankets for pull out looked like they should be burned as they were so old & worn out. Shower clogged and took over an hour to drain. Complained at front desk and was told they could do nothing as we paid by Priceline. Offered to let me shower in room near by. Towels in that room were torn on edges. Sent email to hotel explaining situation and they sent apology email stating a certificate for $50 would be in the mail. The certificate showed up in the mail and required a two night stay to receive the $50 discount. Turns out the voucher was being given out to anyone who stayed at the motel 2 nights in a row. Definately not Marriot quality and very surprising that it took place right next door to Microsoft buildings. Pros: Kitchen Cons: Beds, Shower, Hotel Grounds, Staff, Parking
