I am writing a review about the Hollywood and Highland location due to being unable to find that listing on CitySearch. I would like to share the experience I had with my girlfriend. It was a beautiful Saturday around lunch time. We walked by, it smelled great and thought it might be good so we sat down at a table. The table we grabbed was the last table before the division with the Japanese restaurant next door. After 5 mins, the table was finally cleared of cups from previous guests. We chose what we wanted and waited for the man taking orders. During the next 15 minutes, we saw people seated after us and even order before us. The man who was clearing, serving, and taking orders never looked in our direction or even checked on us. The table next to us had cleared and a new group sat down. I was beginning to wonder if we were ever going to be able to order. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt of a busy day. When a female employee came out and headed our direction, she went straight to the table with the larger group next to us and asked for their order. When this happened I decided that was enough. The party next to us even mentioned to the female order taker that we were here before they were! But we were already standing up and heading out. I told her they took too long and never paid attention to us. And will never return to that place again and will recommend to all how bad the service is. It may smell good when you walk by, just don't get that last table at Hollywood and Highland!
Pros: Food looked and smelled great!
Cons: Extremely bad service! Would have elaborated more on the food, but we were never served!
