when my family and i first walked in there was an issue wit another customer happening in front of us. the family was about to purchase a car, the womans son had a call from work and stepped outside to answer it. when he came back in they were refusing to sell them a car bc he took the phone call. So my family and i sat down and listen to thier credit rebuilding speech. (gimic) and they then assesed our trade in and money down. i only came to that lot bc i was interested in one car specifically. after hours of paperwork and a video and voice recorded interview (crazy questions, and i felt like a criminal of some type) they then proceeded to tell me with almost $4000.00 down i didnt qualify for a newer car,( those were basically eye candy to get you on the lot) so you can pay triple for a 3000.00 car??? made no sense to me..... but they pulled a couple around and i test drove them anyway, all of witch had problems. when i brought them to their attention they couldnt tell me what was wrong with them, but told me if i did purchase one i could bring it back ater and they would fix it?? needless to say, i did not pay 12000.00 for there 3000.00 dollar cars and got a very rude departure. 4 hours of my life wated. and there was a dealership down the road more than willing to help me. please beware!!!
