Review content:
I stayed at this hotel primarily because I have friends both on the North and South part of Austin as well as business in town. This hotel is right one 35 just north of UT.
It is a gem. The staff is polite, professional and informative. My room was clean and quiet. The large vanity area was very helpful and the workstation with good overheard lighting was a delight. I was able to work in quiet in my room with the complimentary wifi internet. There was a small table and chairs as well as dresser and a spacious room.
It's an easy on and off from the freeway but none of the noise and I was in the front of the hotel. The pool was full but I found out that American Idol auditions were going on in Austin while I was there. No noise problems at all.
I would definitely suggest this hotel for the price, location, and hotel cleanliness and comfort.
