We just purchased a home in charter Colony and used NSN to pre-wire our home for surround sound and CAT5. Both my husband and I are pretty tech savy and we wanted to be ""forward-thinking"" with the wiring technology used in our home. my husband has a degree in computer science, however, the smart box system that was installed was completely different than what we thought we were getting. We've been here 2 weeks now and we still have problems with the CAT5 lines and piece of junk ""smart box"". In addition to their faulty equipment and inability to explain how their features REALLY work- they try to pass the buck on repairs by blaming comcast. So when something goes awry they say call comcast and comcast of course says call NSN. The customer service is below par, they are all about getting the sale, once they do it's sink or swim for the customer. . We are very dissapointed with the wiring solution offered by NSN and would NOT recommend their services.
