First of all, i don't know why they get all these positive reviews; because in my book, these jerks don't even deserve 1 star, but since i had to give them a rating, I'm giving them 1 star.
I work for a construction company and we spend a lot of money on this company. My office always have problems with them not being professional, or even reliable. They don't follow-up on their words.
I called for a few invoices that they charged on the company's credit card. They said that they already gave us the invoices; which could be true but somehow our workers lost them. So, we call them to get a copy of the invoices, and we were given the run around. I spoke with one retard who does not know the importance of knowing how to talk to, treat or even keep their customers by the name of Mandy. She took down my dates of the charges that i needed the invoices for and said to me that she couldn't help me right now because it's 4PM, she leaves at 4:30PM, and getting a copy of the invoices will take too long and she wanted to go home. Funny that sounds to say that; i asked her when she can get the invoices, she told me tomorrow morning @ 9AM. In the morning, i had no invoices. I called them and was given the run around until 11AM i got a hold of Mandy. When i asked her about the invoices that she promised me in the morning, she told me that she is too busy right now and that i will have to wait. I told her it's 11 AM while she told me 9AM and she told me that she was just busy right now. I asked her how long will i have to wait, she told me she didn't know all she knew is that i have to wait. I asked if someone else could help me, she said no that she's the only one. I asked to speak with her supervisor, she told me her supervisor is not here and doesn't know when he will be here. I asked her for her name and she gave me a different name ""Kelly"", and there's no Kelly working there. I later find out that her name is Mandy. Through all the running around, I ended speaking with Charlie who also gave me some more running around and phone hanging up on my face. He also wanted to make sure that i understood that if they gave our workers the invoices when they made their purchases, they're job is done and don't need to provide us with a copy, and they don't have the time for that. I told him, if you don't have the time for your customers why are you in business? We spend $15K to $20K per month, and you can get us a copy of a few invoices? He called one of our contractors while I'm on the phone and told him not to have our accounting department calling for invoices when he already gave the invoices when they made the purchases. He said that he already did his job by giving the invoices the first time and doesn't have and will not give anymore copies.
If it was all up to me, these morons would not have gotten paid until they provided me with the invoices that we requested. They would have lost my account and me as a customer. We would sometimes spend over $25K per month, and you can take the time to print a few invoices from your computer. Their bosses and their supervisors along with their morons of employees need to be trained on how to communicate better amongst themselves, and how talk and keep their customers. Because these morons do not know that without customers you don't make any money; and with a business not making money, your job is on the line.
DO NOT USE THESE MORONS. THEY HAVE NO REGARDS FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS. THEY DON'T CARE OR WANT TO KEEP YOU AS A CUSTOMER. ONCE THEY GET THEIR MONEY, YOU CAN FORGET IT! IF YOU HAVE AN ISSUE WITH THEIR PRODUCTS OR ANYTHING PERTAINING TO THEM, THAT'S YOUR PROBLEM.THEY WON'T HELP YOU ESPECIALLY IF THEY ALREADY GOT PAID. THEY'RE IGNORANT AND MOST OF ALL THEY DON'T FOLLOW-UP ON THEIR WORDS. THEY'RE NOT RELIABLE OR TRUSTWORTHY AND VERY VERY RUDE!!!
