Before you sign up here please read the billing details and the amount of time required for notice before you drop. The language is confusing but amounts to more than 30 days notice if you don't notify them on the 1st of the month. And they make you go through the web site to send an email notice. I followed their process and gave them 1 month notice, from my billing date, but was sent a short email telling me that since i didn't send them an email on the 1st of the month i would get billed an extra month. So this amounted to almost 60 days notice. Forget calling them to ask about it, you have to leave a message and no one returns your calls. So beware, the cancellation policy is purposely ambiguous and they are not willing to be reasonable.
