Review content:
After hearing bluntly with limited information, after a very brief exam from our previous vet, that my cat had lymphoma, I wanted a second opinion. I opted to see Dr. Drake based on a few recommendations from other friends. Dr Drake was very thorough and took time to talk me through possibilities and next steps. We went ahead with an ultrasound, and unfortunately confirmed that my cat has a metastatic cancer. His bedside manner/ approach to discussing this disappointing diagnosis and my cat's condition was warm and caring. He gave me options that the other vet never mentioned, and made me feel very comfortable in this difficult situation. Most importantly, my cat - who is very picky about the people he chooses to like/ let handle him - was perfectly calm with Dr. Drake and his entire staff. I will continue to take my cats to him and his practice.
