This is by far the worst experience I've had with tax. The guy is too busy going on TV and radio to promote his business that he never have time to file taxes, his real work. He's selling his name and probably have some college kid filling my taxes from his apartment, which I don't mind as long as they're thorough and professional. This is when the problem started - my husband passed away recently and I'm filling my tax as qualify widow. I've mentioned this from the beggining and asked to request direct diposit for my tax return so I won't have to go through the trouble proving that my husband is dead at the bank to cash the check. When the paperwork is done, they call me back to sign them without explaining. They had my husband as the main person, ask me to bring it back to have him sign (how is that possible???). I had to explain to them again, in tears, that my husband is dead. Then, instead of having my tax return direct diposit, they had it mail to me. It's hard enough to deal with my husband's death. I came to this office, looking for someone who can help me make it easy to file my taxes. I've never had a chance to talk to the guy. Everytime I called the office, there's a different person answer my questions; and everytime I had to explain my situation. There's not even a real signature on my tax return, but a stamp with his name. If a guy is too busy to sign his own name to the document, I don't know who's really filing my tax. Never in my life that I've got reminded so much that I have a dead husband...ah frustration.... Cons: too big, too busy
