I'm just recently moved from California to Key West. I've heard great recommendations from other dog owners that John is great groomer. My dogs have been groomed since they were puppies and are routinely groomed every couple months, so they are very accustomed to the whole process/environment. I brought my teacup Maltese and Yorkie in to Grooming by John thinking they were in good hands. He butchered my Yorkie sooo bad that he didn't charge me for her groom. He said that he nicked her, showed concern, and asked to be advised if any further issues arise. She was in carrying bag when I received her and I didn't notice the severity until I brought her home. Thats when I noticed that not only did he completely slice open a 1cm wide cut on both sides of her legs where they join her stomach, but cut up her nipples too. I cried. She is in a lot of pain and I feel that everyone should be aware of this experience I had with this groomer, and take my advise and go else-ware!!!
