Review content:
The best, and easiest, automotive transaction I've ever had -- and I've been around a while. Internet Sales Manager Sean Seaman was responsive to my emails and answered all my questions promptly. We basically did a deal over the phone, including an estimated purchase price for my trade-in before seeing the car -- saving me a long drive had it been too low. Just as important, the dealership honored Seaman's deal after evaluating my trade-in and after I test drove the used car that I ended up buying. Seaman allowed me to have a pre-purchase inspection of the car I bought by an independent mechanic of my choice, and he arranged to have the car delivered to, and picked-up from, the shop. The dealership also performed a couple of minor repairs before I took delivery that the independent mechanic had suggested. The F&I person at the dealership tried to sell me the usual extended warranties and such, but there was no hard sell when I declined. The price I paid for the car was in line with KBB and other internet sources. Seaman and Jaguar/Land Rover of Bellevue might give car salesmen/car dealerships a good name! Pros: No hard-sell, fair prices
