We have been buying all of our furniture from NEO Interiors for about 7 years. The quality is top notch and so is the service. They carry very contemporary and modern lines and the furniture easily accommodates to both houses and apartments.
Once in the store you should realize that you are not in just a furniture showroom per se, rather in a boutique, where not every piece of furniture is displayed. But use your imagination; they have lots of catalogs, samples, swatches as well as interior designer services.
I find their prices to be good or better than most of the other similar furniture stores. They're more expensive than IKEA, sure, but you should not compare them with IKEA, Bob?s or Jordan?s. Some lines (Rossetto, Gamma International, Euroform, Presotto) are comparable with product lines from Roche Bobois, Montage and Ligne Roset, but without the ?Downtown Boston? price tag.
Each delivery we've had from NEO was on time and the delivery guys were friendly and respectful. Sometimes they're even funny. Sales people are very knowledgeable and not at all pushy. I highly recommend NEO Interiors.
