I went to her original locale in Berkeley and Irene was my waxer. She told me it was $29 for an extended bikini (the prices have gone up). THEN she tried to charge me $45 when she was done! She said she went a bit more in than extended, but I told her that's not the price she had quoted me. She said there's a little "+" after the 29 saying it's up to the waxer's discretion. Can you say shady?? I still prefer the hard wax to cheapo wax with strips, but I do miss the days of $45 brazilians...
