I used Bank of Memories & Flowers for my wedding and had a great experience. Yes, I had to pay for the consultation as well, but I can see why they charge for this service. I checked out three different florists before choosing BOM, and two of the three charged me a consultation fee. I think it's pretty standard. Plus, the fee went toward my final bill so I did't see any problem with it.
